As at 31 December 2023, the Group’s hotel management team managed a total of 20 hotels (2022: 24 hotels), of which three were located in Hong Kong and seventeen in Mainland China. As at 31 December 2023, six hotels, of which two in each of Hong Kong and Zhuhai and one in each of Shenzhen and Guangzhou, were owned by the Group. Of these six hotels, four were managed by our hotel management team whereas Holiday Inn Zhuhai City Center located in Zhuhai was operated under franchise arrangement and Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel located in Guangzhou was managed by another hotel management group. Wharney Hotel (Hong Kong)
The Wharney Hotel (Hong Kong) is situated in a premier location in the Wanchai district, within walking distance from Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, close to the commercial and shopping hub in Causeway Bay and with convenient transportation. It is the first hotel honoured with ISO 9002 quality assurance certificate in Hong Kong, and has successfully attained the ISO 9001 accreditation in January 2003. It has a total of about 360 guest rooms and suites.
Oasis Avenue - A GDH Hotel
Oasis Avenue - A GDH Hotel is situated in Tsimshatsui, close to main tourist attractions and shopping centres in the Kowloon peninsula, with convenient transportation and on excellent location. It has a total of about 250 guest rooms and suites.
Guangdong Hotel (Shen Zhen)
The Guangdong Hotel (Shen Zhen) is situated in the most prosperous business centre of Luohu district, close to Dongmen walking street with convenient transportation. It has a total of about 290 guest rooms and suites.
Guangdong Hotel (Zhu Hai)
The Guangdong Hotel (Zhu Hai) is located at the junctions of Yue Hai Road East and Lian Hua Lu of Zhuhai city with convenient transportation linkage and excellent location for overseeing the beautiful land-scape of the city. It has a total of about 470 guest rooms and suites.
